Along with yes dot net, there's radio locator, "the most comprehensive radio station search engine on the internet. We have links to over 10,000 radio station web pages and over 2500 audio streams from radio stations in the U.S. and around the world."

I put in my zip code and it brought up 30 radio stations within listening range, which is most if not all of the ones in this area. I don't know exactly how many there are. It got everything major within about a 60 mile radius. It even has a strength of signal icon, rated between 1 and 5 so you can tell how well the reception of each radio station is based on your proximity to it.

I couldn't find a radio station in my area that wasn't on there. The ZIP code search had most of them, so the ones that weren't there I searched for either by call letters or by city and they came up. So the ZIP code search doesn't give complete results for me. But that's really bad-ass. There are so many stations in my area that are only running like 6,000 watts, which is ridiculous. Though I'm surprised at the number that are running 100,000.
