Fontifier

From the creators of the ever-helpful IdentiFont, comes http://www.fontifier.com/

You just download a template, print it out, right letters on it in your own handwriting, scan it, submit it to them as a GIF, and they send you back a Win/Mac font in your own handwriting! It's even free! Pretty cool if you ask me. If you don't have a scanner you can just draw the letters on the screen with a mouse or wacom. I'll probably try it out later today...

i dont think my handwriting would be anything anyone wanted to see anyway, so i'll leave it at this .. still cool though ;)

Here is my first attempt... I did it in PS with my wacom and one of the stock caligraphy brushes. Turned out pretty well but I'll do it again later probably and spend more time on it so that all the baselines are straight and everything.

The process was really easy though. You just write on there then upload it, and then you can immediately download the font.

My teacher has really crazy handwriting, I want to get him to do this for me.

My handwriting is boring printing. It's kinda messy and has some character, but I don't think it's really that notable.

Could be a fun way to make grundge font as well....

Grunge fonts are easy to make with a thick font and some brushes.
