:D heh, I was thinking... here we go again, some weird lawsuit from america, and was amazed to find out it happended in China, I guess they too want to waste time and money on stupid ****.

What's next? Will I be convicted the next time I virtually blow someones brains out while gaming online?

American gamers really don't care if someone jacks their MMORPG crap, but those crazy asian people are fanaticals (trust me, I know). They have a system where you can pay money to get in-game cash.

I kinda belive the case.. and its outcome to be justified.

First hte player was haked, no beaten. The way he loose his virtual weapons was not in the rules... So it cannot be compared to someone blowing up your brains in Quake or kill you in Diablo...

Also, look at the amount he paid to play (1200+$) At this prive You should have the right to expect a gamae to be haker proof... and in anycase where you where hack to get the situation solved quikly...

i know of a lot of people who make a lot of money training characters in EQ and then selling them.

They're all nuts, the load of them.
