I hope you're joking. The whole point of lipsum is that people can't read it. Which means that they will look at your design instead of your content. And because you're only at the design stage, you have no content yet. So they're not supposed to be able to read it.

That has bad aesthetics. You don't want them to read it, but it needs to look natural and flow as you would want it to.

If you're not being sarcastic:

That doesn't look like text, the way it will look when the content's there. You'll want it to look like it means something, but doesn't. As in uneven length of words, all kinds of letters, and paragraphs etc etc.
And if the word is "CONTENT HERE" it just makes you focus on that and get annoyed. :D
