Today was Buy Nothing day. It appears this knowledge was passed on to me too late. I bought this today at a great sale.

How about the rest of you? Who knew about the day and went out and got a new toy anyways?

Edit: I just bought the tire by the way. :p I already own the bike.

Hahaha A-Pek

I have some Size 12 SPD's you can buy off me. Shimano even. Cost me an arm and a leg, but I don't ride clipless anymore.

That tire is nice and huge, can't wait to go try it out. The problem is the monsoon like rain we got goin on right now.

hehe i'm a size 10 :p i just got some sweet look pedals off of ebay too. should be coming some time next week.

we just had that rain last night. thought my door was gonna blow down.

i ride road so those big fat tires don't turn me on like they do for you :D . i have a bunch of spare parts and crap laying around so i might just make a mountain bike to mess around with this winter. no suspension either

I have the Shimano 545 SPD pedals. They are pretty good. But the Eggbeaters look pretty damn cool too.

I would love >> http://www.brodiebikes.com/2003/images/right_column/framepics/frame_big_rodie.jpg << that to ride to work and condition myself on. Mountain/Roadie bikes work well together. However, I couldn't bring myself to wear spandex...EVER.

yea that looks like a nice bike. haven't really heard anything about that particular bike so can't really comment on it ;)

maybe next year i'll get a new one. i was looking into seven cycles. they custom make all their frames and such here in massachusetts. http://www.sevencycles.com/bikes/odonata.html this one in particular caught my eye. it's waaaayyy expensive but from what i heard it's well worth it.

anyone else here ride?

p.s. i do wear spandex  the ladies love it!

Hey, that bike is sexy too.

My god, I may cry. So much for one pre-xmas gift. I saw the deal of a lifetime. Was waiting for a restaurant to open with my buddy so we went into the bike shop across the street and I saw this... :O

$500 Reg: $999

Seriously, I could sell my Dirt Jumper for $350 at least and this becomes a $150 fork. Why oh why does this happen to me. I'm saving for a PowerBook, Xmas will cost me a fortune cause of travel going back home. I want it so bad I may have to buy it tomorow cause there is no way it will be on the shelf for long.

Woah is me...
