I just saw a high school student with the iBook I want. I asked if I could look at it and she had to pry it out of my hands 20 minutes later. Nice machines they got there. I'd totally grab an eMac if it was... wireless.

Couldn't the money you've spend on an eMac and will spend on a Powerbook together buy a G5? Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it was a bad decision...just a question.

I can't take a G5 back and forth between work and home. That is why I have to have a Powerbook. 'Cause if my boss pays for it, he wants me to use it for work of course. But I don't want to pay for a machine that is just going to sit at work. So it has to be portable. And the eMac is a good, cheap home machine to have for my wife or whatever if I'm at work with my PB.

HAHAHAHA

I'm now wiping coffee off of my keyboard. Too funny. Right now I am determining if I can live on half the food I normally buy and whereever else I can whittle money from so I can buy a Powerbook. Heat and electricty are overrated anyways aren't they...

Super woot!
The only thing I had to really tweak were the color settings. I now by default the mac gamma makes everything a bit brighter but on the studio display default setting it was waaaay too bright.

Been a week now of full mac'ness and loving it
