Yep that's right. After having my Sony Vaio for one day I returned it because the gfx card broke and the DVI would not work. Then I got my Dell. Another horror story. HD crapped out completely just over a month and a half getting it. Support was the worst so that goes back tomorrow for a full refund. So I went to get me a G5. I ended up getting a G4 and just upped the memory to 1 gig. I had to pass on the G5 because I just had to get one of those stylin studio display LCD's So far so good. Just plugged everything in and it worked. Imagine that. Even my wireless Bluetooth mouse and keyboard magically appeared. Now I just can't wait for Adobe to send me my Mac cd's for Photoshop... Stay tuned... |

Stick with Safari and iTunes too! I love Macs but am currently too poor...(and too young to get a job.) So I'm sticking with my second edition iMac. Not the LCD one...:'( Or a G5...:'(....or anything else good. Yea. ^^ Macs are great. Great video output too, get Photoshop CS too! That is my next purchase. ^^

YOU KNOW WHY I DON;T HAVE A MAC? Because the damn public schools in NYC have the macs that are like a gazillion years old and it makes the people in NY hate macs because they grow up still thinking it's the same.. but I know how mac's really are... pretty little birdies...

Can't wait for the dual processor G5 PowerBook. I'm gonna get one (when they are out and I have 2,000 more dollars).

If at first you don't succeed, don't jump off the deep end and buy a mac. Someone build the man a custom pc pronto!! lol well im not a mac fan......but the bluetooth and lcd sound pretty sweet. |

Um...I don't quite get that statement. I mean, did you get an iMac? Because otherwise, I have no idea why getting or not getting a G5 would influence you having a Studio Display? What the hell am I doing? Pank knows what he's talking about! He's Pank, dammit! |

Because it would have been about $800 more ;) If I got the G5 I would have just used my old HP monitor. If I got the G4 and just upgraded some memory etc, I could get my studio display now and not have my wife shoot me for spending too much money  |
