So I was sick earlier this week, but I was working with Photoshop anyway. I then proceed to sneeze all over the screen. I come back like a few hours later, and I have a file open and it has close to a few hundred layers. And I am like what the HELL is that colored spot. So of course I am turning layers on and off, and I can't figure out which layer it is, so then I make a new layer and send it to the very top, and I grab the eye dropper and select the color I want and then grab the airbrush. So I am moving the brush around and its not doing jack... So I look at the pressure setting and I crank it up. Still it does nothing. At this point I am getting pretty pissed... then I grab the magnifying glass and zoom in. And the damn spot stays in the same place. I reach up on the screen, and with a wet finger rub the discoloration off of the screen... I felt like such an ass... Anyone else done that? |

Ouch, that is disgusting...booger spot, whulaeeeiajnggaaahumph... If you set up an real canvas and sneezed a cupla times, you could do...eh...art of it ;) Hope you're feeling better now, tho. I suggest we all start wearing helmets with,... I don't know the english word...visir...the seethrough glass on helmets..., on it. Fearing the moment a girl with the monthly thingy posts something slightly similar to this post ;) , I mean... "...I bend over to pick up something and sneezed, and as I was nude, the entire screen was covered..." WHUHAAA ! |

never done that - but I do the "caps-lock-is-on-what the Hell?" with my cursor sometimes in photoshop. I dumped the preferences, and almost re-installed it once.

HA HA HA HA HA I figured that out like, reeeeeally early into my days of photoshop usage, entirely by accident. I love when people freak out when that happens. That and the tab key. I love when I view an image full screen (F+F then TAB) which frames it in black, and hides all your options. People end up having to Ctrl+Alt+Del almost every time just because they're can'r learn ANY hotkeys. |

Once, during the summer, a mosquito landed on my screen and I tried to right-click to delete it. Never worked. |

I bet it'd be a funny prank to pull on someone to make a copy of their desktop pic, then place a fake icon on it, making it look real enough, but have the fake one be something really embarassing, or just otherwise irritating like 'MY PORN COLLECTION' or, 'SUPER VIRUS '03' This would be especially funny on a company or school computer, especially on a faculty member or boss's computer. |
