Customer didn't pay,what next!!!!!!

I've actually had that happen with an agreement with someone on this forum. I made art for him, figuring he'd pay, since he agreed to pay, but in the end, he basically took the art and ran. The bastard still has the nerve to post here too.

The book is called "Graphic Artist Guild Handbook: Pricing and Ethical Guidlines" Its a long book, with lots of color on the cover, us designers are funny like that ;) You always want a contract for the worst when things like this happen, it most cases after you get a contracted signed you dont need to see it again untill deallines are not met or other problems arise. Communication is key.
