This is going to suck.

Does anyone see where this is going with this Microsoft trash? Now when you buy your PC you will also be deciding your OS too. Just another way for Microsucks to control your life. If you want a PC you will have to have Windows. Already, if you want a Mac you automatically have OS X. This is going to be major sh1t. The computers will become more and more divided. It will be just like consoles, you will have to have a certain computer to use more and more programs. This is making me angry, therefore, I am hereby promising to myself to buy a Mac as my next computer and to never use Windows again and support open source projects such as Mozilla (which I already do).

MacOSX is included in the Mac because Apple makes everything, the hardware and the software. However Microsoft doesn't make computers, they are just forcing PC manufacturers to use their OS, not to mention the consumers. Kind of like Texaco forcing you to use their gas if you buy a Ford or something. Pretty dumb.

if Macs were cheaper windows would fall like a ****brick. as well it should. Or if MacOS would work on PCs - wow - now that would be the end of Bill lol

If there's only 1 kind of OS it would be a monopoly so I guess it's better if theres more choice.

If im not mistaken Asus make its own (goos motheboard if you ask me)

With the new Linux kernel coming out with 64 bit support, it's no wonder Bill Gates is a bit concerned. (plus the new Red Hat might be a big leap forward with Linux as a desktop.... and licensing is a hell of a lot cheaper for companies.)

Yeah, I think that it's a good thing that osX only works on apple hardware. I mean, apple, whether you like to admit it or not, is another breed of computer altogether. I mean, just in terms of their design, they are unrivaled in the PC market.
