Just got my new mouse and keyboard http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/keyboard/wodbt_info.asp So far so good. The ONLY thing that bugs me so far is if you leave the mouse idle and then move it real quick (slow start movement is fine) it lags for the first movement. If you are working it never misses a beat so far. So I'd give it a thumbs up so far. Anybody else use this and how do you like it? |

PM me 130 dollars and I'll give it a spin. ;) I still use a ball mouse, I haven't even bothered to make a move to opti, much less wireless. Watch your step when getting off the time machine, the year is 1999! |

The laggy mouse I have gotten with every single wireless mouse that I have ever used, both Logitech, MS.. bluetooth or not. That's why I don't have wireless anymore. However that is a very nice setup. I hope it does you well. I've used that at a friend's house and I liked it. The music/video controls on the top are a godsend. PS: How's your new PC coming? |

Yeah it only seems to lag if you are idle for a few seconds then jump really quick. If your first movement is normal it is perfect. Just have to get used to it. And I love the keyboard. Sounds odd but the keys seem "soft" ?? As far as the new comp. I bought this one last week. I returned it the next day. I bought the sony 17in TFT-LCD monitor with it. It had the DVI-D output and for some reason it stopped working after I upgraded the OS to XP Pro. So either the gfx card bugged out or something else happened. Either way I just decided to return it and wait until fall. If something else does not catch my eye I'll probably try another Sony VAIO. The monitor kicked butt and the PC seemed really nice with a lot of features. We'll see ;) |

Actually I've grown attached to my ball mouse ... I use opti at my friend's house when I go over to LAN (yeah it's usually the most recent ones too, crazy game addicts) and I really don't have any major reason to switch over... If anything, I'd like a life, not a pre-owned one of course. |
