okay so I have a problem. I have this 400dpi TIF file.. I've tried converting it to 16bit/rbg and whole sorts of other crap, oh yes just want to mention the size is 9000px/11000px . . . anyway, I'm trying to adjust the levels, and everytime I do it reverts to the original state! I even tried make it a new layer, yet nothing seems to work :( its not photosho cause I've tried it on many different computers.. this is really just starting to annoy me!@ I mean c'mon its just a black and white img! .. is it possible that the scanner encoded some garbage in it? it was scanned on the following http://www.xes.com/products/synergix/digitalsolutions/510dp.htm anyway! and if you want access to the file just lemme know I'll put it on my server. |

Strange.... I dont beelive the scanner as anyting to to with it... Maybe the file is very heavy on your machine and this could the source of your problem... maybe. (reduce the size of th image and try agin.. if it work then its the sizre of the image... You could also try an adjustement layer... |
