ive made my layout for my site in photoshop, obviously i cant link stuff to it using that, i tried dreamweaver but my pc dosent seem to like it, any other prog i could use to link stuFF ? ? this may not make sense i no its hard to explain, any help would b great |

well i obviously want to make more pages for my site i want to link the pages to the buttons on my layout |

lol @ NL. He's right tho, mikey.. this is such basic HTML. the code is -> < a href="something.html">link here or an image that should work as a link< /a> ^ there. Lose the extra spaces in the beginning of the tags tho. |

yeh but how can i link layers to pages ??? say i have about 17 layers on my layout design how would i link the "art" button to the art page? sorry im not a html person, lol |

you can't "link to a layer". If you must load the content only, maybe use iframes? If you don't know what iframes or frames are, search this forum and google. |

slice the image up, once all done...just do a basic link. You need HTML, and a wee bit of common sense matey. This is a very basic question, perhaps you should learn how to use plain old tables first, then move on to the img tag.
