Are you willing to pay? In that case try these:

www.mediatemple.com
http://www.hostradius.com/

Or do you want it free? Then try this post:

What do you mean upload your page using Dreamweaver?

Dreamweaver is for making pages.

You can just take any html page... and upload it.
If you just have a graphic just upload the .gif or .jpg image.

Here's how to do it using t35:

In Internet Explorer 8 or better:
1. In your browser paste this: ftp://ftp.t35.com/
2. It will open a window. In the window enter what it's asking for. (Username and Password). Your username will be: name.t35.com. I tried putting in just the seleceted screenname, but it didn't work.
3. As soon as it lets you in, just drag your graphic/page over the window and let go. Wait until it uploads.
4. If you dragged into the open window, without making folder the link for it will look like this: http://yourscreennamehere.t35/graphicname.jpg or .gif or .html

Dreamweaver has a hot sync function that uploads your site to the server. It is really quite handy. Now you are informed. :p
