made a .gif but doesn't work that well - little help?

I made a little movie with ImageReady but it loads really slowly. Maybe it's just because of my internet connnection or my (free) hosting or something. If you want to try and see it, it's at

I had no idea what 128 or dithered meant, so if I should have saved it as something else, please tell me. Or maybe I should have made it in Flash MX. But I spent some time on it and unless there's an easy way to convert from ImageReady to Flash MX (is there???), I don't think I'm gonna do that.

yeah I know its pretty big. so should I have used flash mx? or saved it as something else?
