Anybody know what this font is?



The numbers are important, the letters are not.

I thought i found it...http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/bitstream/islander-bt/

But then i realised i hadn't. Does the text have anything to do with the font name?

No, I don't believe so. The 202 Islander is a model of Baja boat. I was volunteered to order registration numbers for it, and they'd like the numbers to match the "202"
