I tried... it's dark as **** right now. Can't see anything. Too many clouds. So, yeah, I guess I watched the eclipse... didn't exactly see the eclipse. |

Its clear skies here. You didn't miss anything. I watched it for about 30 minutes. It wasn't near as cool as a solar eclipse.

I got 50 pics (lol). My camera has 10x zoom so i get nice closeup of the moon. I took fifty cause i couldnt get the settings right.... F3.5 / 1/125 ISO 100 F3.5 / 1/160 ISO 100/200 F2.8 / 1/200 ISO 200 one of those is the right answer lol. It wasnt really too spectacular. The Total eclipse was still pretty white (when its supposed to be a red color) I want photos of a solar eclipse though!! (hopefully it doesnt break the ccd). We are supposed to have one next november but only viewable by australia or someting. (yes... i have no life lol) |

Im not sure if it should be posted here or the photography section (both wouldnt hurt lol) but ppl will look here first: ~85k Lunar Eclipse Timelapse Photo The other 45 pics are either the same or are too dark. Once the "Total eclipse" began it was too dark for a digital camera...well i could have a 16 second shutter but by that time there is so much Noise you cant see anything. Enjoy! edit: The times below are in Eastern Time ( if it makes a difference ) |
