Fantastic. The only reason I have a hotmail account is so i am notified instantly when i get an email, through MSN messenger. Maybe it is time to find an alternative solution.

And MS wants people to use Passport accounts to store their credit card numbers, bank information, etc?? PFFFFFTTTT.

They fixed it, sort of, I think. I tried to change mine, my only problem is I forgot what country I had in my profile and it blocked furthur attempts to change it. I have to wait a bit, then I can check my profile and see if it will email that link to another account....
So it looks like you need to know the origin of the user, but if you do a hotmail user search that doesnt seem that hard.

Until there's an exploit with Outlook Express, my e-mail account is somewhat safe from M$ flaws for now. :(

Yeah they "fixed it". But it will only be about 2 weeks before there is another hole discovered.

And I thought outlook express had tons of holes. that's how all these viruses spread...

Virus makers love Outlook and OE.... Just dont open attachments until you double check them.

Haha, I'll let you hack my account. You can have my freakin' spam. I only one Passport account for MSN Messenger, and the other is a private MS Partner login, so I'm not worried about that one.
