Graphic/Web Designer Contracts and Forms

Does anyone know of any good (free?) sources of Graphic/Web Designer contracts for freelancers?

I've searched past threads and other sites - it seems a lot of the past examples (such as about.com) are missing, outdated, or not very usable.

Appreciate any help/info.

I'd suggest opening it in Acrobat and adding your own logo, contact info, etc, and going over it to make sure that it has all the legal wording you want....that's what I did with my version. In any event, it's pretty complete and comprehensive, and should suit most purposes.
