PowerPoint...

Is anyone using Power point?
I just can't stand this program...
I have to use it here at work and I'm hating it more and more all the time...
Do anyone of you really use this program?

I used it in highschool for a basic computer literacy course. It was terrible. Terrible interface.

i used it for a bunch of presentations and stuff. It's alright i guess

I have used Flash instead of Powerpoint. All you need is some basic skills and its real easy to bind keys to stop, start, goBack, etc. Plus its much more fun to play with =)

PP is used and abused daily in offices nationwide. it is very popular. i hate it and refuse to use/learn it.

power point is pretty easy :\ ijust hate that gross clip art

Yeah I worked with it quite a bit... powerpoint 97 sucks, powerpoint xp is alot better allready. It still sucks though. lol.

I never understood why people use a program that silly when you've got flash. :p

powerpoint is basically just for simple presentations and is a lot quicker to use than flash. but yes, it sucks. I have to use it at school for presentations, they've took Flash off the network aswell as some other rarely used progs(I think i'm the only person who could use flash correctly)for a while - to make room for games. :D Which means i'll be playin Vietcong and Counterstrike on their LAN soon :D

Simpler than flash? Bah! I'm joking. PP has a pretty easy learning curve, but once you learn some Flash basics it is just as easy, cross platform (swf) - doesnt need a program to run, and you can much cooler things. Like add shocking images randomly to see who will spill their coffee on their swank designer platform boots.
