Moving Sucks

Well, since all my friends and family are sick of hearing me complain about this..I'll share with all of you.

I HATE MOVING.... yarrrgg. :mad:

I try to stay in one spot as long as I can, but after 1 year in the new city, it's time to find a better place. That is the only consolation, that I won't be in an apartment any longer. But jeez do I hate packing and moving and organizing trucks and things... What a waste of my week.

Anyone else feel my pain?

I do. I moved once to a different spot in the area, then I moved half way across the country.

Heh, We've moved three times all in the same city. I mean literally a 20 mile radius.

Each time to a much better house, and a much better location.

We actually just finished the third move... it's why I haven't been around much. Still can't get those AOL DSL retards to send me the new modem, and start the service here. Grrrhg. I'm gonna bitch at them some more on monday.

Oh, and they lie too... in the ads on TV they say "Tech Support lines open 24 hours a day!"... BUUUUUUUULSHIIIIIT! They open 6 am, close at 1am. I mean, that's pretty good... but not 24 hours. F.uckwads.

I've moved a LOT of times..... I've lived in 2 different countries.
USA- lived in 3 states, 5 cities.
Israel-3 cities.
We finished our third major move (although I consider all moving major :( ) about 8 months ago. I hat saying goodbye to all friends and stuff. To me it's like restarting your entire history all over...

I hope to move this year... I want to live in Amsterdam, much better then this boring city I am in right now. I'm just glad that right now I'm in Amsterdam in like 30 minutes, because I have to be there like 4 days per week.

A little over 1 year ago, I moved 2 houses away. Just 1 block behind where I lived before. I can still see my old house from the front door of my current one.

I move a lot when i was yonger, but never really moved out of the state of michigan... not really sure why, probably because my partents have lots of family here or something :P

But im kindof looking forward to moving out of the house I have right now... that way i can finally get cable and get rid of the DAMN DIALUP :angry:

I feel for you Spectra, I've had my share of moving due to my father being a pilot and had to move around. Since I got outta their house I've moved 12 times trying to find jobs...Pwehh, I do agree with you, I HATE MOVING !! And I will not move again, and if that do happens anyway, I will get help from a moving company, 'cuz I don' wanna pack, carrie, carrie unpack anymore...
