Yeah I was there for about two weeks on a mission-type trip with my mom and step-dad. Went all over europe. We were in a really rural area. Most still had horse-drawn carts and baked bread in an outdoor oven.

hey - baked bread in outdoor ovens is not half bad you know - there are nice places around here - you can drink the water too... anyway - my offer stands - if you're ever in these parts again you're free to crash in ... as a matter of fact let me extend my offer - anyone of you guys interested in a little "behind the former iron curtain" vacation feel free to come - my doors are open for all PS pimps |

Yeah the bread was really good. Didn't mean to say it wasn't. It's just the cooked outside part that is strange to us americans. We went to a vineyard while we were there to go sledding with some of the local people, and the owner of the vineyard let us have some grape juice from his cellar. It was the best grape juice I've ever tasted. Yes, I'm sure it wasn't wine. ;) We met some great people there though. My step-dad still goes back pretty frequently. One thing I couldn't quite stand there was the milk though. It was fresh and still had little lumps in it and stuff. I'm used to pasteurized milk which is basically like white water. |

lol - that was real milk you had... - the white water thing - we have that too in the cities - good to wash your hands with... no nutritional value to speak of... - I have a greatgrandfather still living in the country - he's 104. That's where healthy living will lead to...I'll probably die at 50...
