Where's the best place to go to buy Photoshop 7? I mean, $600 is kind of steep, so is there a way to get it cheaper? I got StudioMX from Macromedia for only $200 because I was a student, so I'm wondering if Adobe or anyone offers similar discounts. I couldn't find anything like it at www.adobe.com though. Any tips? |

Adobe as student prices... But you musk ask for them at your local store.. since they are not suposed to advretise theses rates... However you should consider this, you are buying a student license... you are suposed to purchase this software for educational reasons... The educational license forbide you form usign it professionally... This mean you can make money out of it... (ei. you cannot legally make a few small jobs to get some cash). alsoa t the end of your studies you will have to either stop usign the software or buy the full version... |

Or you can buy an old version of photoshop 4 on ebay and then buy the upgrade to 7.

Uh oh, I'm still using my Educational version of Office 2000 that I bought in college. But screw that, I'm not going to pay that kind of money for software and then only use it for 9 months.
