Exactly, so Hussein is alive until proven dead.

Yep.

I bet he's in his bunker right now, masturbating to pictures of naked camels.

Well a man who has billions of dollars at his disposal most likely has a very sophisticated underground network. I highly doubt he is dead. And I turn to CNN every 4 minutes

I don't know what to believe. All the media coverage down here is all about how bad the US news soruces are and how most of the information they give out is totally inaccurate and not worth listening to or reading. It's very weird indeed.

I heard two more US reporters were killed yesterday. That makes a total of 7. I don't believe what the press said. They use terms like 'pockets of resitance' etc and have 3D stuff flying by making it look like a new Paramount movie feature. The Iraqis are being made fun of.

It's hard to believe anything when our news people tell us something, then the Iraqis deny it, which they do with everything. The whole airport thing is a perfect example. There was a big news report that the U.S. had taken Saddam International Airport. The Iraqis denied it as usual, and even claimed that we were nowhere near the airport originally. So as usual, I just ignored it until I heard more. Then they started showing video, and the Iraqis still denied it.

This is a war of propaganda. Both sides make claims, the other side denies them. I hear more about the claims than I do the actual news.

Of course I haven't heard the Iraqi information minister deny the bombing of the building where we believed Saddam to be hiding, so maybe he died in there? We could only hope, then I wouldn't have to listen to him deny every report that an American soldier farted.

that information minister of Iraq is hilarious.
I can't believe the bullsh1t he says. Although the first time the US forces said they'd taken over the airport he took people in there, and indeed it was pretty empty. But I do believe more what BBC world is saying than that "minister".

We'll probably never know everyting, but when the war is over and stuff has calmed down a bit, I'm sure that we'll see more what was happening now.

My favorite was the speech was the one the other day when he said that Americans weren't anywhere near baghdad and we were about a mile away from him at Saddam's palace and the marching grounds...If you listened close, you could even hear artillery in the background when he was talking.

What a jackass.
