Anybody use any fax software that does not require a modem? Just curious. I need to get one and as popular as high speed connections are I'm guessing there is a program out there that does not use an actual phone line. Something that lets you use your high speed connection...

Not sure exactly what you're lookin' for pank, but here is what I use for incoming faxes http://www.callwave.com/faxwave/ As far as outgoing--I just email whatever I want to someone. I've only had a need for incoming faxes... |

Yeah it looks like from what I have been reading that the technology is close but not quite there yet. I found a bunch of services like efax but didn't want to pay a monthly fee. Thanks. I guess I'll just plug in the old 56 k'r if I need to fax something. Thanks again... |
