Lol!.... You can still sue them without a signature. I know this because my old boss has been in court with several clients and the work done at the recording studio was all word of mouth - except design work. But the judge basically was like, you get the cd's (client says yes.) k. pay them. But.... you had to formally mail off an invoice declaring you were sending them to collections first.
