Can you guys please help me out?

I was refering to the message board. You should look into a free board, like phpBB, or others out there and set one up on your site. If you pay for hosting then you should have at least one database available. It is real easy to set up a forum on your site and makes adminning it and modifying it more enjoyable - and no ads....

what are you talkin about? that is a phpBB board.. it is on my site.. its something i've made.. with help from www.yabbforum.com... im not gettin bent out of shape.. i just didn't see why i could come ask people to come psot some tutorials and stuff on my board just to get things started ... but thats cool... nevermind then.. thanx though..

No biggie.... when I click on your forum it goes to this site. Which is a place that hosts a forum for you, thus the ads.
What I was talking about is hosting a forum on your site, not another free server. =)

well yeah, anything is really better than what you have...also, some people (like me) still are using 56k modem...your image was also a megabite so if you want a critique from me or any other 56ks, i'm afraid you ain't gonna get it ;) just a tip for the future. the save for web option at 70% accuracy is unnoticable to the human eye practically and it would chop it down to around 100k.
