Has anyone used the Aiptek Hyperpen 12000U http://shop.aiptek.com/?page=product&product=HP12U I'm thinking of buying one because I can't afford a wacom :mad: ...pros and cons? Help MsChicaMae |

the graphire 2 is cheaper by ten bucks. buy that instead. I promise you won't regret it.

i would say the wacom but the size difference is kinda tempting... a wacom 4x5 compared to a hyperpen 12x9 |

Yeah that's why I was debating it too, I mean if I can get almost 4 times the area and I can put whole sheets of paper on it, I thought bigger would be better, would u still go with a smaller wacom just because it's wacom?

I like the smaller area. It's all dependant on how fast you want your stylus/mouse to move. I like to haul ass, therefore - smaller area= faster movement. but, hey, it's your money! :D

I just ordered the Aiptek, the size thing got me...but I have 30 days to return it in case i don't like it...wheeee by tuesday I will have a graphic tablet
