wow...I'm speechless. While the article is quite colloquial, it's extremely effective. Yeah i would have punched the judge ;)

yuck. good article. very alarming, yet not surprising. That poor guy. There are so many stories like that, though. Sometimes, I really hate our government. Actually, I am considering deleting this post so it's not held against me by some new U.S. Internet Security Policy.

What part of Freedom got misconstrued here? While I really truly appreciate the fact that I don't have to dodge land mines on my way to work or deal with suicide bombers, I still feel that a medium can be reached between personal rights and security. Hope so. Until then, take the train, take the bus, or drive a car on your next vacation. Maybe some sort of boycott would starve the flight industry enough that some proper solution is met between personal freedoms and safety, rather than more "officials" or a bigger government... Besides, we must hurry and enjoy our beautiful country before the Bush Administration drills up and cuts down all of our National Parks.

Of course, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong. (But, this time, I really don't think so...)

Yeah, they will probably pickup on hate and government being on the same page, and now we'll all be watched by sattelites from now on.

I'm moving to holland with NL. They have sex in the streets there all the time with whoever they want and they have no penalty for it!

My wife and I dropped off a friend at the airport a couple of weeks ago, and she went to the curbside check-in to make sure she could get her ticket ok. So we were going to wait until she did that to say goodbye, but this security guy came and forced us to leave and said that as soon as you drop off your party, you have to leave immediately. So we didn't even get to say goodbye... Stupid. There was plenty of room at the curb. Not like we were blocking anyone. I guess they are afraid of car bombs or something... ugh.

Denver and Vegas eliminated curb side checking all together, I used to love that stuff. Now, if you just do e-tickets it's not too bad, but so unpredictable you still end up either waiting around bored, or too late and miss your flight. It's just a pain in the ass.

I haven't flown (is that a word?) since 9/11. Don't know that I want to either.

According to the Patriot Act, everyone that reads this post and the included link is eligible to be arrested and detained without due process and your case is presented to a military tribunal after some long period of time in confinement... that is if you reside within US borders.
