sup all.... ive been told to make a cover for my schools yearbook.... the theme is "Take a picture, It last longer!"..... yet i have critical creativity block!!!!! Plz help with any ideas!!!! thanx |

Perhaps take a new photo and roughen it up a bit in photoshop to make it look aged.

Or have a picture of a couple making out on the school park bench, and some creepy guy staring at them. And a little dialog bubble coming up from the people on the bench saying, "take a picture, it lasts longer". Yes. that is the one.

Get back to work, Dek... you're wasting this guys time. Here ya go: The cover is a panoramic picture of the school. The left side of the picture is full vibrant color; as you pan right the image transitions to a black and white picture, aging more and more 'til on the right side it's cracked and old. It'd be kewl to have car in the middle of the picture that morphs to an old car as it goes left to right (or a pickup truck if you're from a southern state). If you wanna go nutso, have some students dress up in old fashioned clothes for the right half of the picture. |

hehe dek, thats a supurb idea .. although.. dan's idea sounds good too :| .. but yeah is the picture gonna be the entire front of the book ? I was just wondering.. maybe you could age a picture of your school make it look like its been abandoned for like 50 years or something. ? .. bleh I dunno |

I like Dan's idea. Use that one. It would be the funnest one to do, since you'd have to actually work to get the picture.
