Hey guys, for one of my classes I need to write up a bill of rights for a certain class of people. I picked web designers. Hopefully some of you can add to or suggest changes to my list so far:

The Web Designer’s Bill of Rights.
Amendment I:
Clients shall make no decisions against the will of the Designer. Such action is just plain stupid and ends up causing the Client more trouble than they want.
Amendment II:
Clients shall not blame any mistakes they make on the Designer. The Designer will recognize any faults he makes and will resolve them, but he does not need to waste time and fix every **** up the Client makes.
Amendment III:
Clients are in no position to renegotiate wages after a contract has been in affect for more that 30 seconds, so don’t ****ing try to.
Amendment IV:
After a design has been agreed on and more than 50% completed, the Client may not request any drastic or time-consuming changes to the agreed upon design.
Amendment V:
The Client shall always schedule an appointment with the Designer. “Hey, I’m on my way over to talk about the website,” is not considered scheduling.
Amendment VI:
The Client shall ask no questions and make no comments regarding the Designer’s hardware or software. It looked plenty reliable in the beginning, and its ****ing reliable now.

How can you have amendments if there's no base document to amend?

It's logical to have a document to amend before making amendments, how else can you have changes if there's nothing to change?

Drop dead, Poo-face. Amendments are also additions in a way, so you can say that this is an addition to any contract drawn between a designer and a client. Just put stuff here that pisses you off and you wish things that prevent them could be made mandatory.

here one....

-Clients shall not make major change tothe website with-out askink the designer first.

On a past job the clients (who dint know anything about design) try to make change to my code... The frist thin i knew is than the whole thing was not working anymore!!!

And another one

-In these 3 words, Quick, Cheap, Nice. The clients can chose one or 2... but never the three of them...
