50,000 years later, your words come out?

End of the year 2003, the satellite Keo will be launched into space. Some 50,000 years later it will return to Earth, intact, to offer our faraway, future, distant great grandchildren, a collection of our messages destined for them.

If anyone is going to say anything write that I was too skeptical of an idea of an object to be able to stay in space and return to Earth in ~50,000 and not some other planet in 5 years.

i severly doubt that it will stay in orbit for 50,000 years. :rolleyes:

Do any of us living now even stop to think/care about our 50,000 year old dead ancestors? No. Nobody will care, and if they did, they're nutty.

13 years..hmmm..ill be 29 years old. long enough to hold a job, and learn to hate it. i think i've lived a full happy life then. :D
