A simple tutorial suitable for beginners to add a scan line effect to any image.

scan line effect is important to a graphic page.

Remember, this same effect can be applied with Verticle lines as well as Diagonal lines. Verticle would just require going the opposite way as horizontal obviously, while diagonal requires you to use a 3x3 square and make click in the upper left, middle, and bottom right section of the 3x3.

That is a good call kinetik. You could try this pattern too for a little more robust diagonal. It is a 9x9 but it makes a really clean, sharp looking scan line.
