How do i make a picture more clear?

i have this pic and its very blurry i tried to sharpen it but it came out looking a bit worse lol...is there anyway to make the picture look more clear ? any help is appreciated

If you're using Photoshop CS2, then you should have a look at this tutorial-> http://photoshoptips.net/2006/03/09/smart-sharpen/

I don't have photoshop CS2 so I don't know how to fix your problem.
