What do you use to create pages like that?

I built it ALL in photoshop....the entire layout. Then jumped it to imageready to slice it up and generate the initial html file.
After that I bring that html file that imageready generated into an html editor for adding content and fine-tuning.

But this was really just something I tossed together using a slightly blurred "tails" side of a dime for a reflection map.

impressive...most impressive. I like the red glowing, especially in the rollovers.

.......

I also like the red glow. I'm not much a chrome person in the 1st place, but the red glow I do like. Reminds me of the CD player in my car.

it reminds me of a fair.

Don't like the site, it's just too chromy.
The mouse-overs are nice though.

I used "inner bevel" at a ridiculously high setting

actually if you worked on the chrome abit more and used it just for the boarder. I think that would look cool but then how would that nice rollover work? hmmmm

I think it looks classy in a way, but it has a little bit too much. I think that if you didn't make the bevel as high and didn't have any of those ripples it'd look good. Having the navigation parts in smaller sections would have also added more detail to it, instead of huge blocks of chrome that give the layout a massive overbearing feel. Also, it looks to me that you used Eye Candy 4000's chrome filter for that Well, I hope that helped.

well it does look a lot like chrome but maybe a bit too much, i think it needs somethin else in there to make it a little easier on the eye. Using the chrome as just a border was a good idea.
