Style Sheet problem

Have a problem with my site... its a basic web-log but in the center section of my site, any links(picture links, URL's etc) when mouseover are changing size automatically due to my mouseover. any way to change this so it doesnt tweak out with a mouseover on just the center section?

just change the A:HOVER from 7.5 to the same as the A size.
