PLEASE HELP! ai to dxf?

What CAD program is compatible with Ad Illustrator CS4 (or earlier). I´ve made a picture in Illustrator and I need it to look exactly the same in a CAD program (as dxf-or dwg file).

hi, can change your .ai file into CAD by File>Export and then chose .cad format
