video in flash with sound!! for a friend

OK my friend needs to know how to import a .mov into flash with sound, and i have noooo idea. could ya help him out please?? thanks

Tell him to search the Flash help files for: Using QuickTime movies. It will tell him the limited ability that he will have with a QT file in Flash.
