Umh, frames? That's not very nice, get at least rid of the fat border of the frames. Interface is ok i guess but..

i agree about the frames thing. i would build your interface into each page. when its loaded into the cache, it won't have to download it again every time. frames are so 1997. there's no need for them.

But u need to fix up that frame and maybe fade that grid on the interface ;)
