Hello!
New here and first time on a software forum. Spend most of my online chat time on motorcycle forums. However, needed an answer to a question that was quickly answered. Thanks you Wano for that.
Anyhoo... just thought I'd post a project I'm working on now. Kinda' commercial, but fun. Feel free to post comments.

Nice work, really like the way you had the original image there to see. Lets people know what kind of work you did to get the final image.
Welcome to the group!
I was kind of looking foward to November/December.... and they are MISSING!

Thanks Tornupinside! Excited to be here... seems like a nice place.
Sorry 'bout November/December. It's a work in progress and the ladies chose their month. Completing the layouts as I recieve photos.
Great work impactg. Very impressive background removal. Excellent shadows, especially December. Whoever does your original photos knows their stuff, too.

Hey thanks Wano! And thanks again for the help before. I appreciate it! :D

Weeeelllll... not so much really. All the shots were taken w/digital cameras that the folks had at home. Except for maybe two shots, they were horribly pixelated. This is going to be a printed calendar, so I needed to build the layouts at 350dpi. By the time the photos got to that size... well... you know. Basically, I had to 'paint and illustrate' the entire photo - while still trying to capture a sense of 'realism'. Here's a few examples of what I was up against...

All in all, though, the women have been thrilled -- which is the important thing. Don't need 16 women gunning for me. ;)
Yeah, I see what you mean! This is really good, the second example in particular is amazing! Good job.
