I like it. The only thing i would say though, is add some colour in there, it's a bit too...grey.

How honest do you actually want? Me looking at this as student work or me looking at this as a person applying for a job?

yeah, i would have to agree with the earlier comment. the photos are nice, but lack a lot of color. i suggest working on the saturation levels and such. besides the obvious, not bad.

good work it placement is good design is good color need yes but i think the way its done it good without colors

For one he didnt design that layout its given free by someone from a blog site. Looking at your portfolio work you need to do some better designs for websites. Practice practice.
