Sorry :( The way you get KPT or Eyecandy is to purchase them. Sure you might be able to find em on the net, but that not discussed on this board. (as stated in FAQ's)

"But" I have found some pretty cool "FREE" filters on the net.

Go to any search engine
Type this in just like this

free +Photoshop +filter +plugin

As for many programs on the net, the option to download a evaluation copy of it are available.
But to get the full version, you have to buy it. Many times, you can choose wether to purchase a download version or a packaged version (sent home via snailmail).

I'd suggest a packaged one since you have a backup already if you loose the registration mail and the download location.....
