First of all, I would like to say, that you're site is nice and simple. But I do have something to comment on..
I noticed that you used the dropdown menu tutorials from pank, I have nothing against that, on the contrary, but It would be nice if you give its layout your personal artistic look. You just copied the arrows and the style of the menu. It would give your site a more, personal touch if you'd try to match the layout of the dropdown menu with the layout of your intire page...

The password is gone (I just gotta make sure the Advisor doesn't notice :-) )
Anyway about the menus yeah I know I stole them right from panks page and I've been working on changing them I just needed something to fill them up while I was working on the coding of the page.

I really like the photo border :)
AND the effects on the top graphic...
once you get those dropdown menus changed you'll be in business.
:P The only REAL complaint I have is .....
All that latin made me go crosseyed!....... LOL!

the drop down menus don't fit with the rest of the site.

the scrolling news box is potentially annoying (i said potentially! it might work but we won't know until there is actual news in there and not filler text).

why did you put binary code up at the top? is there something that relates more to the site's subject that could go up there?
