Need some help with DIV.

I´m working in DW. I created a layer. And I now want a scroll on this layer. I want to make a scroll of images, like a arrow to press and it will sroll up and a arrow to hold down to scroll down.

Okey, heres another problem i stuck in to. In DW i made a layer and added scroll to it. And the program adds a scroll in vertical too. How can I code away the vertical scroll in the layer? Is that possible?.
