need help with table scrollbar

I need some help with the table scroll thing on your main page. I got the mxp file for dreamweaver but I don't know how to activate my hotspot to tell it to scroll when the user's mouse goes over it... can anyone help?

Could you be a little clearer? Is the extension installed and present in your behaviors menu? If so, just click on it and select "insert AP scrolling area" and set the options. You will have to edit it a little to add images for hotspots, and to move the layers so that the hotspots are customized.

I can't scroll because it is all on the bottom for some reason.

And another thing, I did set the options, etc. But thing is I don't know how to set my hotspots (the up and down arrows) to scroll up and down the layer. Can you help?
