PHP Help, will PAY

I have been contracted to create a search page, results page, and details page for a local Music Store. Well, the server that they want to switch to only supports PHP, and I have NO CLUE on how to work that.

So, I am turning the the power of the internet, and am looking for some help. Is there anyone out there that would be able to write these pages for a small fee?
