Flat Text Box

Hello, Im just wondering how to turn a default text field (the crappy white with a lame shadow field) into a flat one with a specified bg color. Too see what Im talking about, go to www.gearhost.com and see the login at the top. I just want a text field similar to that. Anyone?

You can use CSS or an inline style.
