sup! can anyone tell me a way to make a background out of a small image, and put it on a big image, and make it tiled to create a new background of the tiled smaller images, besides manually dragging and aligning the image? thanks a million!!

I assume this is Photoshop? Select your image then do Edit>Define Pattern. Press Okay. Open your new image do Edit>Fill. Under Contents, select Use: Pattern. Click on the Box below Pattern. Select your tiny image and press Okay. Voila!
