question about style sheets

I wasn't looking to use style sheets for my entire site, but to get the background not to tile I have to use the "no-repeat" command with style sheets. My question is can I just use an internal style sheet or inline style for just that without using style sheets for any other part of the site?

Answer: Yes.

If you use style sheets for one thing that does NOT mean you have to use style sheets for everything else.
