Help with search

Im trying to create a simple search feature on a page. I want a dataset with 1 column of emails, and 1 column of names. I use Dreamweaver MX. How could I go about doing this?

Okay...I've done some research. According to what Ive read, in order to do this, I need to set up a web application server, such as IIS. This will hold my database with search results. The whole concept seems unbelievably complicated, but this allows me to run ASP and dynamic web pages. I really dont understand the whole thing at all, lol. And am I correct that Win ME doesnt support ISS or PWS? So is it true that I can't even do this simpe search engine? What if Im only having 1 seach parameter. Can I set my database up in an webpage and have it search that. It wont be a very long database, just a hundred or so email addys and names. Any help appreciated, please!
